Babe Ruth sure knew how to live, eh? Sure, his excessive lifestyle cut his life off early, but he lived like 10 lifetimes before he was dead. Plus he had something that no baseball player has today: a real personality without pretense or arrogance. Another great Ruth quote: “Heroes are remembered but legends never die.”
